Debitor\u00ebt jan\u00eb n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb, Lushnj\u00eb, Pogradec dhe zona t\u00eb stimuluara. P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb njoftimi, Agjencia Shtet\u00ebrore e Kadastr\u00ebs u b\u00ebn thirrje qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin fatur\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb pages\u00ebn. \u201cT\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt q\u00eb gjejn\u00eb emrin n\u00eb listat e m\u00ebposhtme, t\u00eb t\u00ebrheqin pran\u00eb zyrave rajonale t\u00eb Kadastr\u00ebs fatur\u00ebn e ndikimit n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb. Taksat, tatimet dhe detyrimet e tjera financiare q\u00eb lidhen me kalimin e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb pron\u00ebsis\u00eb b\u00ebhen vet\u00ebm n\u00eb lek\u00eb. Bonot e privatizimit, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituara nga ish-t\u00eb p\u00ebrndjekurit politik\u00eb dhe nga subjektet e tjera gjat\u00eb procesit t\u00eb privatizimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin trajtim me bonot e tjera t\u00eb privatizimit.
